We hold two Wedding Fayres every year – the first one is being held on Sunday 24th April 2011 in The Castle Rooms, Uddingston and the second one is being held on Sunday 2nd October 2011 in The Parkville, Blantyre.
There will be a large contingent of super exhibitors plus fashion shows at 1pm and 3pm from Rage of Bothwell and Poppy’s wedding gowns Uddingston.
If you would like to come along, it is free entry plus a glass of prosecco on arrival plus here is a chance of winning your own wedding cake designed especially for you by Special Day Cakes in Uddingston in addition to your own hen or stag night courtesy of our Private Dining Room in The Castle Rooms.

Food and Wine Tasting
If you are still undecided on where to hold your most special day, we are delighted to announce that after the success of our first tasting in February 2010, we will be running another night in The Castle Rooms on 1st May 2011.
The purpose of the evening is to help you make that very important decision that either The Parkville in Blantyre or The Castle Rooms in Uddingston is the perfect venue for you.
The evening starts at 5pm with a glass of bubbly on arrival, followed by an informal tour of our what we have to offer.
Then we will provide a range of all our dishes on the menu for you to taste and sample from starters to dessert. Throughout this, you will sample the wines and champagnes that will be used during your wedding breakfast from WoodWinters, IWC in 2009.
