In 1991, founding owner of The Croft in Croftfoot, Glasgow - Harry Hood, after a 10 year wait for planning permission, finally received permission for for Glasgow's best kept secret. The Croft Bar and Diner is a jewel in the Southside.

The Croft Bar is a transformation in Croftfoot and now houses 7 LCD HD screens, capable of showing different programmes at different times. The bar itself is atmospheric, cosy with warm lighting giving it a real intimate feel. It remains an ideal venue for couples, whether spending a night out for a drink or a meal, or revelling in the ABSOLUTly ADDICTIVE quiz night or regular Thursday and Saturday Night Entertainment.
