Lisini School of Standards
At Lisini, we are all about the people, we really take the time to develop and nurture our staff. When you begin your career at Lisini you will complete our ‘Lisini School of Standards’ in house training programme – you could say it’s our bible when it comes to Front of House and customer service, giving you the knowledge, as one of our people to become the best of the best at delivering service that is second to none!
Lisini Apprentice Programme
Our Apprentice Management Training Programme provides our Rising Stars with the building blocks for successful career development within Lisini Pub Co. All training is tailored to Lisini and delivered by our very own in house experts combined with external training providers.
Our year long programme covers key areas of the business that are fundamental to starting your first management position. You will be shown the ropes in all departments from Human Resources, Sales & Marketing to Kitchen Management, we’ll be sure to have you step out of your comfort zone!!
Flow Hospitality Training Programe
Flow is our go to e-learning platform, covering everything from Food Safety to Creating Cocktails and Working in a Kitchen. All staff complete a variety of fun and easy to do modules to improve their knowledge of their job role, complete with interactive games, there’s a learning style for everyone!
Flow really compliments our in house ‘Lisini School of Standards’ training programme.
Here at Lisini Pub Co our focus is Continuing Professional Development, depending on your role within the company an individual development plan will be created with your manager to ensure you are continually developed and improving your skillset throughout your career at Lisini.
On a quarterly basis, we provide training with our suppliers, ranging from coffee to spirits and cocktail training. There is also the opportunity for staff to achieve accredited qualifications such as WSET Level 1 & 2, Personal Licence and much, much more.
