BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE

Here at Lisini Pub Company we recognise that our people are our main strength and we give the utmost importance to the training and development to all of our lisinifamily

As part of this we’ve been working with some of our aspiring Lisini People – all aiming to progress their career within the Hospitality Industry. You may have noticed recently that we have teamed up with the amazing Springboard Charity and Diageo as part of their Learning or Life, Hospitality Elevator programme. The aim of the programme is to develop and upskill our existing staff and make them the next hospitality industry leaders.

We’ve now come to the end of our first Hospitality Elevator course and what an amazing experience it’s been! We’ve got 14 new personal license holders with a new found confidence and experience, all of which will play a key part in the continued success, growth and development of Lisini

Our Lisini People have gone on to gain the following qualifications and modules with the help of Springboard and Diageo.

– BIIAB Scottish Certificate for Personal License Holders.
– BIIAB Level 2 Food Safety in Catering.
– WorldHost: Principles of Customer Service.
– Diageo Bar Academy: Spirits & Beer.

Here’s a couple of pictures of our new Personal License Holders receiving their certificates from our HR Manager, Sharon McBrearty.
