As part of our comprehensive benefits package our Lisini People have access to Health Assured’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). This allows our people and their immediate family access to 24/7 help with any of life’s problems, whether it is personal problems, health & wellbeing to legal and debt advice – Health Assured covers it all!

Our staff have told us that our Health Assured EAP has made a significant impact to their daily lives by being able to speak to a qualified counsellor in confidence and have found the programme very user friendly!

The Health Assured employee assistance programme is the UK’s most trusted EAP. It is a suite of wellbeing services, offering our employees a way through physical and mental health issues or financial difficulties. 

THE PROGRAMME

  • The Health e-hub app and online portal: a comprehensive library to help our staff get through life’s challenges.
  • 24-hour helpline: our people can share a problem with someone who listens with care before getting structured, actionable advice.
  • Telephone counselling: employees can work through their problems with a therapist accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
  • Face-to-face counselling sessions: staff can speak with a local, qualified professional in a private and confidential setting.
  • More services: staff have access to critical incident and trauma management support, occupational health services, financial advice, GP assistance and more
